His purpose is to bring clarity to his clients' vision and provide them with the support they need to develop, establish, and maintain consistent action to produce their desired outcomes.
Shawn L. Bagley Jr. is an author (Letters to a Dreamer), creative and entrepreneur. Shawn's entrepreneurial journey began at the age of 22 when he took a leap of faith and started his first consulting firm. Specializing in business development and strategic planning, he worked diligently until he faced a significant setback at 26, losing everything and being forced to start over. This experience turned out to be a blessing in disguise, marking a crucial turning point in his life that led to self-discovery and personal growth.
In 2019, Shawn launched his second consulting firm, BluLight Consulting LLC. Over the past decade, he has honed a unique set of skills that he uses to inspire others, foster collaboration, and assist clients in framing their strategies to bring their visions to life.
