Shawn's entrepreneurial journey began at the age of 22 when he took a leap of faith and started his first consulting firm. Specializing in business development and strategic planning, he worked diligently until he faced a significant setback at 26, losing everything and being forced to start over. This experience turned out to be a blessing in disguise, marking a crucial turning point in his life that led to self-discovery and personal growth.
In 2019, Shawn launched his second consulting firm, BluLight Consulting LLC. Over the past decade, he has honed a unique set of skills that he uses to inspire others, foster collaboration, and assist clients in framing their strategies to bring their visions to life.
