• Pre-Sale/Pre-Order: For Products purchased during a pre-sale period, delivery timelines will be outlined on the Website. If timelines cannot be met, refunds may be issued at the sole discretion of BluLight Consulting.

8. Return Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final:

For Customizable Products:

You may edit or adapt customizable templates for personal or business use while adhering to intellectual property laws and these Terms. Distribution or resale is prohibited without approval from BluLight Consulting.

 

Commercial License:

Businesses requiring multiple licenses for team members or use across clients may purchase a commercial license by contacting us at admin@blulightconsulting.com. The license permits modification for internal use but prohibits reproduction or resale unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.

 

13. Intellectual Property

21. Severability + No Waiver

If any portion of these Terms is found unenforceable by a court of law, all remaining provisions will remain valid and enforceable. Failure by BluLight Consulting to enforce any provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.

 

22. Force Majeure

BluLight Consulting is not liable for delays or failure to deliver Products due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, cyber attacks, pandemics).

 

23. Entire Agreement

These Terms represent the complete agreement between BluLight Consulting and Purchaser regarding Product purchases and supersede all prior agreements.
