We recommend taking the time to map out your destination before starting your journey. We tell our clients that project development is like laying out all the puzzle pieces and organizing them before we begin to assemble the puzzle. We can help you organize your puzzle pieces.

How does billing work?

Instead of billing by the hour, we offer project-based solutions and flat-rate pricing for most of our services and products. For those seeking continuous support, we also provide subscription plans designed to ensure you receive consistent and reliable assistance tailored to your needs. For Project Development and Management services, we provide a custom quote.

Does BluLight Consulting offer discounts to Non-Profit Orgs?

Yes, we offer discounts to non-profit organizations. We offer a 10% discount to Non-Profits and other community-serving organizations.

Is there a minimum commitment period for subscriptions?

No, we do not have a minimum subscription requirement for any of our subscription-based services, except our Skin In The Game subscription plan.

Will BluLight Consulting work with me if I do not have a project to develop or manage?

Yes, we can still work with you even if you are not currently developing or managing an active project. We offer a wide range of solutions to help you move your business, vision, or idea forward.

Why would I need a Jam Session?

We developed Jam Sessions to help our clients solve their problems. You can use a Jam Session to discuss an issue your organization is facing or to think through your strategy. Every problem has a solution, and with a Jam Session, we can solve your problem together.

Do I need to schedule a Spark Call before I take advantage of the solutions that BluLight Consulting offers?

No, you don't have to schedule a Spark Call before engaging with us, but we do recommend it. Starting with a Spark Call also gives you an opportunity to deep dive and explore all of the posibilities that exist for your company or organization.

Why would I need a Work Session?

Work Sessions are perfect if you seek a way to engage in focused work that propels you forward and helps you accomplish tasks. Our Work Sessions are tailored to fit your organization's unique needs.

Why do I need a Vision Planning Session?

Vision Planning Sessions are great for organizations that need support with outlining, clarifying, and strategizing their vision and the plan to bring that vision to life. Like the Work Sessions, Vision Planning Sessions are tailored to fit your needs and meet you where you are in the process of developing your vision.

What is the difference between a Jam Session, Work Session and Vision Planning Session?

Simply put, Jam Sessions focus on clarifying a strategy or solving a problem. The Work Sessions are custom experiences designed based on your agenda and what you want to accomplish. Vision Planning Sessions are for future planning and vision development. Think of a Vision Planning Session as a combination of a Jam Session and a Work Session, with a focus on the "big picture."

Am I allowed to invite guests to my session(s)?

Yes, some sessions allow you to invite additional guests, such as your team or partners you work closely with in your business. You will see an option to invite guests when you schedule your session. Some sessions are one-on-one to maintain your privacy and reduce distractions.

What is The BluLight Club?

The BluLight Club is a collection of subscription-based services that we offer to ensure you can get the support you need when you need it.

What is included with membership?

Each subscription plan offers its own collection of features and services. Membership provides access to our team and partner network.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

You can cancel anytime by submitting a Cancellation Request Form.

Does BluLight Consulting only offer monthly subscription plans?

No. Some of our other plans offer options for one-time and annual plans as well. Our Consultant-on-Demand subscription offers monthly and quarterly options.

What is the average membership lifecycle?

We suggest preparing for an engagement period of at least 3 to 6 months. Our plans are adaptable, ensuring we can support you based on your current needs.

Can I get the help that I need without signing up for The BluLight Club?

Yes! We would love to help you. We offer additional solutions that may fit your needs better than one of our subscription plans.

How do subscriptions work?

Is there a community for BluLight Club members?

We do not offer a community feature at this time, but that doesn't mean we aren't open to the idea of finding ways to connect BluLight Club members in a meaningful and valuable way.

We would love to connect with you and invite you to schedule a brief Intro Call before you arrange a Spark Call. Our Intro Call is only 15 minutes and we can answer any questions you may have during that time.

Does it cost to take the Spark Test?

No, the Spark Test is free, and we can review your test results together during a Spark Call.

Does BluLight Consulting work with Start-ups?

Absolutely! Even if you are still working on developing a concept, we can help.

Can BluLight Consulting help me if I don't need Project Development or Project Management support?

Yes. If you're not sure if we can help you, reach out and schedule an Intro Call. If we can't help you, we probably know people who can!

What if I need help with something specific like designing a Case for Support or Concept Deck?

We can assist you with concept development and in developing and designing your Concept Deck or Case for Support. We love putting things together and helping you communicate your vision in a way that inspires your target audience.
