Bunker Mode Policy

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the participation and engagement in “Bunker Mode” sessions provided by BluLight Consulting LLC (“Company”). By scheduling a session, purchasing a seat, or submitting an application, the participant (“Client”) agrees to be bound by the terms outlined herein.

 

2. Eligibility

 

2.1. Participation in Bunker Mode sessions is strictly limited to individuals aged eighteen (18) years or older.

 

2.2. Clients must demonstrate a commitment to focused work and collaboration during all sessions.

 

3. Services Offered

 

3.1. Solo Sessions:

• One-on-one consulting session between the Client and the Company representative.

• Limited to one (1) participant per session.

 

3.2. Private Group Sessions:

• Group consulting session involving up to five (5) participants selected by the Client (organizer).

• Participants must be pre-approved and scheduled by the organizer.

 

3.3. Open Group Sessions:

• Quarterly group sessions open for application.

• A maximum of five (5) applicants will be selected by the Company based on eligibility criteria and alignment with session objectives.

 

4. Fees and Payment Terms

 

4.1. The fee for each session or seat is $1,499 USD, payable in full at the time of scheduling or upon confirmation of acceptance for Open Group Sessions.

 

4.2. Payments are non-transferable and must be submitted via approved payment methods specified by the Company.

 

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

 

5.1. Cancellation by Client:

• Written cancellation requests must be submitted to admin@blulightconsulting.com no less than seven (7) business days prior to the scheduled session date to qualify for a full refund.

• Cancellations received within seven (7) business days of the session date are non-refundable.

 

5.2. Cancellation by Company:

• In the event that the Company cancels a session due to unforeseen circumstances, the Client will be entitled to either a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule at no additional cost.

 

6. Preparation Requirements

 

6.1. Prior to the session, Clients are required to:

• Participate in the Spark Call to review expectations, session logistics, and preparatory requirements;

• Submit any requested information or materials within the timeframe specified by the Company during the Spark Call.

6.2. Failure to comply with preparation requirements may result in delays or diminished outcomes during the session, for which the Company assumes no liability.

 

7. Code of Conduct

 

7.1. Clients are expected to:

• Attend sessions punctually and actively engage in all assigned activities;

• Conduct themselves professionally and respectfully toward all participants and Company representatives during group sessions.

 

7.2. The Company reserves the right to terminate a session without refund if a Client exhibits disruptive, inappropriate, or unprofessional behavior.

 

8. Confidentiality

 

8.1. The Company acknowledges that all information shared by Clients during sessions is confidential and proprietary unless otherwise disclosed in writing by the Client.

 

8.2. The Company agrees not to disclose any confidential information to third parties without prior written consent from all relevant parties except as required by law.

 

9. Deliverables

 

9.1. Each Bunker Mode session includes:

• Real-time consulting support tailored to the Client’s objectives;

• Development of a Mutual Action Plan (“M.A.P.”) specific to individual or group goals;

• Creation of an accountability tracking system (“Tracker”) provided in Blue for post-session progress monitoring for clients who purchase the M.A.P. Work Session add-on. 

 

9.2. Deliverables arising from sessions are intended for use exclusively by the Client unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

10. Limitation of Liability

 

10.1. The Company shall not be held liable for any financial losses, missed opportunities, or adverse outcomes resulting from decisions made by Clients based on session content or deliverables.

 

10.2. Participation in Bunker Mode sessions is undertaken at the Client’s own discretion and risk.

 

11. Intellectual Property Rights

 

11.1. All proprietary tools, strategies, frameworks, and materials provided during sessions remain the sole intellectual property of BluLight Consulting LLC.

 

11.2. The Client is granted a limited license to utilize said materials solely for personal or business purposes related to their project(s). Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited without prior written consent.

 

12. Modification of Terms

 

12.1. BluLight Consulting LLC reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

 

12.2. Any modifications will be communicated via updates posted on the Company’s official website.

 

13. Governing Law

 

13.1. This Agreement shall be governed under the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

 

13.2. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively through arbitration conducted in Columbus, Ohio, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

By proceeding with scheduling or applying for a Bunker Mode session, the Client affirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
