
Subscription Policy for The BluLight Club

This Subscription Policy (“Policy”) governs the terms and conditions of membership to The BluLight Club, operated by BluLight Consulting LLC (“Company”). By subscribing to The BluLight Club, you (“Member”) agree to be bound by this Policy, as well as the general Terms and Conditions of the Company. Please read this Policy carefully prior to subscribing.
1. Subscription Eligibility
Membership is available to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By subscribing, you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility criteria. The Company reserves the right to reject or revoke any subscription at its sole discretion without prior notice.
2. Subscription Term
Membership subscriptions are offered on a monthly or annual basis (“Subscription Term”). The Subscription Term begins on the date your payment is successfully processed and shall automatically renew unless terminated in accordance with this Policy.
3. Fees and Payment
a. Subscription Fees: Members shall pay the applicable subscription fees as outlined on the Company’s website or provided via email communication at the time of registration.
b. Payment Method: Fees must be paid via credit card, debit card, or other payment methods expressly approved by the Company. By providing payment information, Member authorizes the Company to charge the payment method for all amounts due under this Policy.
c. Failure to Pay: If payment is declined, membership access may be suspended or terminated at the Company’s discretion until payment is successfully processed.
4. Automatic Renewal
Membership subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each Subscription Term unless canceled by Member or terminated by the Company. Members acknowledge and agree that they are responsible for managing their subscription renewal preferences through their account or by contacting the Company directly.
5. Cancellation Policy
a. Member-Initiated Cancellation: Members may cancel their subscription at any time by providing written notice to admin@blulightconsulting.com or through their online account portal. Cancellation will become effective at the end of the current Subscription Term, and no prorated refunds will be issued for unused portions of the term.
b. Company-Initiated Termination: The Company reserves the right to terminate any subscription without notice for non-payment, breach of this Policy, or conduct deemed harmful to the Club or its members.
6. Refund Policy
Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or expressly stated herein. In cases where a refund is granted, it will be issued via the original payment method within thirty (30) business days of approval by the Company.
7. Membership Benefits
Membership benefits are subject to change without notice at the sole discretion of the Company. Certain benefits may be contingent upon timely payment and compliance with this Policy.
8. Prohibited Conduct
Members agree not to use their membership for unlawful purposes, abusive behavior, or actions that infringe upon the rights of others within The BluLight Club community. Any violation of this provision may result in immediate termination of membership without refund.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to membership in The BluLight Club, including but not limited to loss of benefits or termination of subscription.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising under this Policy shall be resolved through binding arbitration pursuant to the rules of the American Arbitration Association in Columbus, Ohio. Members waive their right to file a class action lawsuit against the Company.
11. Modification of Policy
The Company reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time without prior notice. Members will be notified of significant changes via email or website posting, and continued use of membership benefits constitutes acceptance of such changes.
